Cristiane Soethe Zimmermann Graduated in Journalism from University of Vale do Itajaí (Univali), with an advanced degree in Management in Business Communication, also by Univali. She has been working in the area of public relations since 1999 and for several major newspapers and magazines, (Mundi Editora and Folha de Blumenau), television (TV Galega and TV Legislativa) and radio (Radio CBN). In the area of corporate communication, Cristiane previously worked for the local government, successfully managing relationships with and servicing customers from diverse companies and associations and several medical clinics. She has taken advanced been improved with courses in management and corporate communication, and in May 2009 spent a month in Holland with other communication companies as part of an international professional exchange program.     Fernanda R. Souza Momm Graduated in Journalism from Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), she has been working in the area of public relation since 2000. She began her career providing services to “Fábrica de Comunicação”, in Florianópolis (SC), where she had clients as Itagres Ceramic, Formus, SOS Cardio, Hospital Governador Celso Ramos and Unimed Florianópolis. In 2003, she went back to her home town, Tubarão (SC), to develop the communication activities and relation public for Tereza Cristina Railroad. This work was done until September 2007, when she came to Blumenau to take new personal and professional challenges.
